Tohoku Univeristy Welfare creates a welcoming atmosphere inviting students, professors and neighbours to enjoy a variety of food at the main campus. It forms an oasis in the large scale campus by creating a wooden passage where visitors can have lunch and enjoy views of the green area. This lightweight architecture is created by a wood and glass structure. It has circulated arcs, which provides multiple activities for visitors.
